Q: How about your eye safety.

A: Although our product already passed all the safety inspection in China and there are more than two thousand business using our equipment right now. Some of the businesses has been successful for years. But we do know it is not good enough for our global clients, so we hired a US company to test our equipment and filed the report to FDA. We got the accession number almost right away.

Our product was proved using classⅠinfrared laser which is 100% safety for the eye. You can directly looking into the barrel all day without any protection.

Q: How can you say your product is special?

A: the secret why our product is special is：”we are special!”

The reason why us is special is: we are not just a manufacturer，we are also an outdoor laser tag business owner. We actually run a “laserfight” club for years by ourselves, from the same day we started to product our equipment. We have exactly the same feeling and experience as our customers; we design and improve our equipment base on those.

Some design of our product is really sweet and considerate, our laser guns can be held comfortable, looks cool but not like real gun, (We believe it’s very important, particularly in the US, people might be scared by “real gun effective”), we use high quality plastic so it’s tough and light weighted, it will not freeze your face in winter or burn your hands in summer. One of our proud designs is using normal phone cable as data cable, it is tough, cheap, and easy to get. All the parts can be installed and removed easily. We even give you slings for free because according to our experience, your players will love it. For big fans, our products built-in Picatinny Rail Interface System so they can use Red Dot Sights, Riflescope, LaserSights, Tactical Flashlight, All the Tactical gears are available.

Q: are you product tough?

A: yes, we do, I know you may worry about some “cheap staff made in China”. But I can tell you, these are possible the toughest equipment in the world. You have no idea how we use those equipments in China. You may don’t know that paintball business under government control, so there is only one kind of war game you can play in China, outdoor laser tag.
One of our customers runs a “battlefield” in a big park, like Disney land. Everyday people have to wait half an hour in order to play. One player finished another will grab the gun and go to fight. They keep running almost 10 hours a day. And the only problem is battery will wear out soon. And actually it is not our problem, scientists own us.
In fact, just one simple thing can tell you how tough we are: we have more than 2000 customers, that means more than 40000 sets of equipment out there. If we are not tough enough, service alone will kill us before 2012.

 
Q: can your equipment be used indoor?

A: No problem, you can directly use our equipment indoor without any additional working.

Q: Is your equipment “waterproof”?

A: our equipment can be operated in shower and light rain, but not in heavy rain or storm.
For instance, if your jeans are soaked, you should stop playing.
If you have to run a game while raining, enclose your guns speaker hole with tapes, which will help to protect the equipment.

Q: My major clients are kids. I don’t like your helmet because it could be too heavy and bad for kids. Besides, parents don’t like to have their kids wearing helmet for several reasons. They worry about lice. Some parents don’t like kids shooting at each other on the head. How people simply don’t like to wear things someone else has worn before.

A: Our helmet was specially designed. It is both light-weighted and has ventilation design. Besides, it is extremely easy to clean and looks cool, which will make your customers fall in love with the game. If you don’t think these features are good enough for you, we also provide Boonie hat option. Boonie hat fits everyone, helps to prevent sun burns in summer and is also extremely easy to clean and disinfect. I believe nobody will say no to a Boonie hat. It you still think this is not good enough for you, then just forget about hats. Our equipment works perfectly fine with a vest and a laser gun.

Q: My customers want to experience all kinds of guns, what is your solution?

A: Yes, we do! We sell laser guns as parts, which means you can get extra, different models of laser guns in low price.
There is another big benefit for this design. As you can imagine, more than 80% of the malfunction comes from laser guns since they are the most abused parts. If you buy several extra guns with low price as backups, 80% of the malfunction will not affect your business. The malfunction rate of our equipment is already very low, plus you will not be affected 80% of the times due to the extra guns, now you know how considerate we are for our clients.

Q: "how about the battery?"

A: "We provide a free 11.1v battery and a charger for you, a full changing is going to take 11 hours, and a full charged battery can be used for 8 hours, enough for one day. Of course you are free to buy a better battery form anywhere. Our Battery compartment is flexible for any size battery.

Q: "is the vest can be clean? How? "

A: "Yes, fabric part of the vest can be easily removed within three minutes to clean. But you do not have to do so because the fabric itself is waterproof. We recommend a surface cleaning after each use. "

Q: Should I choose a helmet or hat Ben Nepal?

A: We strong recommend you have them both! Our patented helmet wears comfortable, well ventilated and easy to be clean, most important is, it looks very cool when you wearing it. The boonie hat is more useful to protect you neck in the summer from sunburn, also it is lighter and easier to replace (the sensor ring can be replaced within a minute to another hat.)

Q: Can I choose the color of the laser guns?

A: Of course! You can choose any color you want. we will complete the painting in the factory. Of course this additional job requires some additional fee. So you can simply do the painting in your garage, it is very easy.

Q: Can I print the record?

A: No problem! You can output the record as a excel file, of course, you are going to need our computer control system, remote control is no way to store the record.

Q: Although your equipment is durable, but I wonder how long the equipment can last. Do I need some upgrade in the future?"

A: This is a good question, our earliest customers have using our equipment more than a decade, and they did upgrade their laser guns, and replaces the part of the fabric. But this is not because the equipment can not be used, but simply because they want the equipment looks new. We recommend you refurbish your equipment every five years, If you do not mind your equipment looks older, then we can meet ten years later to see what is going on. The good news is: Since we now use plastic shell which is not rust or fade, the process of turning old is pretty slow.

Q: "Do you produce inflatable obstacle?"

A: "Unfortunately, we do not produce inflatable, but we do have connection with manufacturers who produce them - as you may know, all of them are locating in China.
